Hi! Welcome my name is Reganhia and welcome to Creatively Made! I am so happy that you decided to stop by.
I am super passionate about graphic design. I have been designing since 2014, where I was bitten by the design bug and since then it has been the love of my life.
I designed for various clients over the years and my aim is leave my clients happy with their design. I believe that with my passion and drive for graphic design, we can create something beautiful. Together.
I love puppies, going on road trips and getting lost in a good book. I also love connecting with new people. I am always on the look out for new projects and opportunities.

Logos, Flyers, Posters, Wedding Stationery, Websites, Video ads, Social Media Posts, Resumes & Cover Letters, Letterhead, Business Cards, Banners. If a service that you need is not listed here, I would be more than happy to answer all questions about what you need.
Design Timeline
Revision: The client is allowed 5 revisions throughout the design process. Additional revisions will be at an extra cost of $20.00 per revision.
Cost
The cost of design ranges from $30 - $5,000.00 depending on the client's needs. The client would then convert the cost to their country’s equivalent.
Payment Options
There is a 50% deposit required to start all designs. The remaining 50% is paid upon confirmation of the final design. Watermarks will be placed on the design until all payments are final and the final revision is dispatched to the client via email, social media or WhatsApp depending on the preference of the client. The final submission will contain no watermarks and will belong solely to the client.

Delivery of Work
Designs are done and delivered between 1-10 days depending on the complexity of the design. Please be advised that some designs take longer such as websites which take between 1-12 weeks. Work is delivered to the client via the medium wished for eg email, social media, or WhatsApp. Files are delivered in PNG, JPEG, SVG, MP4, and PDF formats. Watermarks are removed from the final design. Clients are also in charge of their own printing.
Client Requirements
Clients are required to provide their logo and photos of their products and the prices. If the client has a website then photos may be taken from there. If not, then royalty-free images may be used to complete the design. Clients are required to provide the name and address of the business for video ads. For events, the date, time, and name of the event must be provided. The same applies to logos and flyers. Refund Policy
Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds on your deposit after work has started. If the project has been canceled by the client before work begins, then he or she is liable for a refund of 30%, the remaining 20% will cover consultations between the client and designer. If the client’s expectations have not been communicated clearly and concisely, then the designer cannot be held liable.
Once the design process has begun in earnest, there will be no refunds as the time, labor and research would have already been committed to your project. If a client has an issue kindly discuss it with the designer who will be more than happy to help solve any matters that may arise. All completed designs are final as agreed between both parties. To receive final designs, all fees must be paid in full.
